Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sleeno Technologies (“Sleeno,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles personal data when you visit our websites, create an account, use the Sleeno workspace, interact with Spaco, upload files, or purchase a subscription.

It applies to Sleeno-operated services that link to this policy. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.

We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of Sleeno, and limited information needed to operate the service.

• Account information: name, email address, profile image when supplied, authentication identifiers, plan, and account preferences.
• Workspace content: project names, conversations, prompts, Spaco responses, chat modes, uploaded files, generated files, and associated metadata.
• Settings: language, voice-input preference, spoken-response preference, theme, and notification settings.
• Usage and subscription records: credit consumption, feature used, subscription status, plan, transaction or subscription identifiers, and billing events. Sleeno does not directly store complete payment-card credentials processed by PayPal.
• Session and technical information: authentication cookies and information that hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process in ordinary server logs, such as request time, browser or device details, and IP address.
• Communications: support requests, feedback, and other messages you send to us.

We use personal data only where needed to provide and improve Sleeno, fulfill our agreement with you, protect the service, comply with law, or pursue a legitimate business purpose that does not override your rights.

• Create and authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions.
• Store and display your private workspace, conversations, projects, settings, and files.
• Send prompts, relevant conversation context, and selected attachments to Spaco so it can generate a response.
• Perform live search when you deliberately select a search or research feature.
• Measure plan usage, enforce feature limits, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
• Process subscriptions, verify payment status, and provide customer support.
• Comply with lawful requests and protect users, Sleeno, and the public from fraud, misuse, or security threats.

Spaco processes the prompt you submit, a limited amount of relevant conversation history, user preferences needed for the response, and any files you deliberately attach. Search-enabled modes may also process your query through a search service to retrieve current sources.

Private workspace content is used to provide the feature you request. Sleeno does not sell your prompts or files and does not use private workspace content to train unrelated third-party AI models by default.

Do not upload information you are not authorized to use. Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your task and you understand the risks of AI processing.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose limited information to service providers and other parties only as necessary for the purposes described here:

• Infrastructure and storage: providers that host the application, database, authentication, file storage, email, or model infrastructure.
• PayPal: payment and subscription information is processed by PayPal as an independent controller under its own Privacy Statement.
• Search and integration providers: only when a feature you choose requires that provider.
• Legal and safety: where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
• Business changes: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention can vary by data type and legal requirement.

You can delete individual conversations and stored files using available workspace controls. To request account-level deletion, contact support@sleeno.com. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is legally required.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including account authentication, access controls, private storage paths, and scoped data access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, using a strong password, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, and submit a complaint to a data-protection authority. Indian data principals may also have rights and grievance mechanisms under applicable digital-personal-data law.

Submit a request from your account email to support@sleeno.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Sleeno uses cookies necessary for authentication, session continuity, and security. The workspace may use local browser storage for interface preferences such as whether the navigation is collapsed.

We do not describe optional advertising cookies here because the current Sleeno application does not use an advertising-tracking system. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide controls where required.

Sleeno and its providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual or organizational safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Sleeno is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal data without valid authorization, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as Sleeno’s services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required.
